                    Terms and Conditions

1.   All items will be remain property of Peter Klement FLUGZUBEHOER until payment is received in full.
2.   Bills must be payed whithin, or interest will accrue.
3.   Shipping options  (for Germany):
        -  2,40 EUR    for small envelope
        -  4,00 EUR    for small parcel
        -  6,00 EUR    for large parcel (max.  4 kg)
        -  7,00 EUR    "    "       "         (max.  8 kg)
        -  7,90 EUR    "    "       "         (max. 12 kg)
        -  9,70 EUR    "    "       "         (max. 20 kg)
      For orders of 150,-- EUR or more, we ship for free within Germany.
4.   For international delivery, please inquire about shipping/handling rates.
5.   New customers only: first two orders must be paid in advance.
6.   Subsequent orders will be delivered:
       a.) below  100,-- EUR  bill will be included
       b.) over    100,-- EUR  50% payment in advance required.
      C.O.D. is available on request.
7.   Advance payments may be remitted after receipt of invoice.
8.   Payments must be made by money order or check and only in EURO. (check only within germany).
9.   If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you immediately. In this case no payment is necessary
      until further notice.
